MiniMetersServer Setup

MiniMetersServer is a plugin that allows you to send audio directly from your DAW or plugin host into MiniMeters. Available in VST3, Audio Unit, and CLAP plugin formats.

How To Use:

1. Insert the plugin into your DAW or host.
2. Open Settings from within MiniMeters.
3. From within MiniMeters select "MiniMeters Plugin" from the Audio Device list.

Troubleshooting:

If MiniMetersServer is not showing in your DAW or host please ensure your host is looking for plugins in the correct location and your DAW supports either VST3, CLAP, or Audio Unit Plug-Ins.

Windows Install Location:
VST3: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
CLAP: C:\Program Files\Common Files\CLAP

macOS Install Location:
Audio Unit: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
VST3: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
CLAP: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/CLAP

Linux Install Location:
VST3: ~/.vst3
CLAP: ~/.clap

If you do not have either of these folders you can simply make them and drop the plugins included in the download in their respective folders.

Regarding a VST2 version of MiniMeters:
Steinberg has ceased allowing new software developers from making VST2 plugins. MiniMeters is unable to provide a VST2 version. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
