0.8.17 - Audio Engine Fixes

Notes:

• macOS 14.2 introduced a bug where using the "Desktop Audio" mode results in a slightly lower input volume depending on the audio device you're using. I am reporting this to Apple and looking for workarounds. (FB13479345) If I can find a solution, I will implement it. Please use the Trim feature added in v0.8.16 to compensate for now.

Improvements:

• Waveform: Improved accuracy when using sample rates other than 44100hz.

Bug Fixes:

• Audio Engine: MiniMeters would quit unexpectedly when launched on macOS where there were no input devices present.
• Audio Engine: When suddenly removing an audio device on Windows MiniMeters would forget which channels were previously selected.

Other:

• MiniMetersServer: v1.0.8 is now included in the installer. Previously MiniMetersServer would handle resampling. MiniMeters decides which modules get the "real" audio and which get the resampled audio.
