MiniMeters is a simple standalone audio metering app for Windows, macOS, & Linux.

Monitor your System's Audio Output* or any Input Device on your computer. The MiniMetersServer** VST3/AU/CLAP Plug-In is included to send audio from your DAW/Host into MiniMeters if needed.

Customize the layout in a horizontal bar (perfect the top or bottom of your screen) or pop out modules to create a custom layout.

* Not supported on all systems. See the system audio capture support table below.
** MiniMetersServer does not have the visuals, but rather sends the audio into the standalone application.

Waveform

See the waveform representation of your audio in realtime.

Channels: Select between the Left, Right, Mid, or Side. Or a combination of two as two separate channels

Color Modes: Static Multi-Band

Peak History: Display the Multi-Band level history on top the Waveform.

Speed: Adjust the speed of the Waveform display.

Spectrogram

View the frequency history of your audio.

Orientation: Horizontal Vertical

Mode: Sharp Classic

Curve: Linear Logarithmic

Brightness Boost: Increase the clarity

Spectrum

View the frequency content of your audio.

Mode: FFT Color Bars Both

Smoothing: Choose the speed of the the view.

Channel: Select Left/Right or Mid/Side.

Frequency Readout: Display the the loudest frequency's pitch in an overlay. Useful for finding the key of a song or sound.

Stereometer

Check the stereo width and balance of your audio.

Mode: Logarithmic Linear Lissajous

Color Mode: Static RGB Multi-Band

Peak / LUFS

See a simple view of your immediate peak value (left) & LUFS value (right).

Shows the immediate Peak value + current LUFS value in a compact meter

Oscilloscope

See the most immediate wave representation of your audio in realtime.

Follow Pitch: Track the zero-crossings to maintain a consistent view.

Cycle: Multi Single
